Bella Napoli in Stuttgart

Fast, friendly, reliable and very courteous when picking up food in December 2020. In addition: A very excellent pasta with buttery salmon and fresh spinach as well as a pizza with tuna and red onions. As soon as the lockdown is over, I'm looking forward to another visit to Bella Napoli :-)

Great pizzas - 48h resting dough, fresh ingredients and Italian pizza making and an extremely friendly owner ... what more could you want?

In spite of the name and the environment, A casa di Bella Napoli a pizza is not Neapolitan, not even for the cabbage. Already the mother yeast and type 1 flour should highlight this, and the electric oven in plain sight confirms it. Then when you see the pizzas, you can see that they didn't even want to try. Both above and below the classic speckles are completely absent, the leopard print of the real Naples. Nevertheless, the cornice is well pronounced, but not mushy like that of some pizza-bread; the center is thin, well spread and well leavened. Cooking: while on the edge there is the venial sin of some scorching, under cooking it is uniform, a sign of a prolonged time in the oven, at a low temperature. And yet, I must say: the biscuit effect is perceptible more to the eye than to the other senses; the slice is by no means stiff, and the dough is delicate to the bite, although by no means rubbery.

Today we ordered the pick-up from Bella Napoli for the first time. Sympathetic and very friendly staff. The pizzas were delicious! Great pizza base and ingredients whose freshness you can taste. We will definitely not order the last time!

Super tasty pizzas and pasta! For Stuttgart the prices are very fair. Also, the staff is really nice. We have often ordered pizza and pasta to be picked up and have been there several times. As soon as it is possible again, we'll be back!

Don't waste your time going to Bella Napoli for dinner! The service was unbelievably slow and we had to wait a really long time for our spaghetti. The bolognese sauce was not very good at all.

Excellent service! Extreme wine selection (not on the menu, just ask) and they have wine tastings, and once a month wine tasting with food. Great value for price. Food is good, mama's cooking, good portions. Atmosphere is relaxed and informal.

Authentic, food is excellent, prices are normal, staff and service very good. As this place is a little bit hidden in a small street, you can enjoy the evening rather with normal local people than with tourist. My recommendation near Stuttgart Marienplatz
